PRIVACY POLICY STATEMENT

This Privacy Policy statement is produced by NotOut CRM on behalf of the businesses identified below (collectively known as "NotOut," "we," "us," or "our").

NotOut's Privacy Commitment

NotOut CRM prioritized customer and user privacy for nearly 10 years, long before it became a common practice or a legal obligation. We only request the information required to conduct business or complete specific transactions. We notify clients about the information we collect and provide them the choice to opt out of specific engagements. Importantly, we do not generate revenue from advertising; this concept has guided us since our inception and will continue to do so. This strategy eliminates the conflict of interest between gathering consumer data and producing advertising money, hence protecting client privacy. The objective of this policy is to clearly define the sorts of information we gather, how we use that information, and what we do not do with it. While the policy is more complex than we would like, it is critical to cover all relevant cases thoroughly. We attempt to deliver information understandably and transparently.
